I want to order a custom unit but I don’t see the color I want listed, what do I do?
On our Build-A-Wg form there is a section for additions. There you can add custom color ideas. For bright, vibrant color options you will need to choose the 613 Russian Blonde option for your color with either brown or dark roots (if applicable).
How long will a wig install last?
With the proper care and treatment a wig install typically last 2 weeks before requiring a touch up.

What do I use to clean my frontal/ frontal wig / any lace?
We suggest 91% alcohol and a dry washcloth or towel. Be sure to saturate the lace and keep the towel dry while you wipe the excess glue away gently in a back and forth motion. Afterwards wash the hair with your preferred shampoo and conditioner.
My custom unit isn't to my liking. Can I get a refund?

How can I maintain my hair in braids?
Keeping the scalp moisturized is key. Oil the entire scalp weekly. Tea tree shampoo is recommended when shampooing braids. Rinse all product out daily to prevent buildup with a spray bottle of water and essential oils. With proper care braided styles can last up to 3-4 weeks.
How can I maintain a twist out ?
We recommend the LOC/ LCO method. Saturate the hair with water, follow with a penetrating oil like Olive oil and coat with a cream or leave in conditioner to ensure longevity. Smaller twist last longer. Oil the scalp once a week for the scalp if you plan to wear them for a while.
How to take care of natural hair?
Silk scarf and or a bonnet should be worn every night to sleep. Oil your scalp 1-3 times a week and utilizing leave in conditioner as well as twisting or braiding your hair before bed. The less use of rubber bands and bobby pins the better, it will decrease the tension on the hair and prevent breakage. Bi-weekly washing, trims and deep conditions are highly recommend. Can I bring a friend or girl/boyfriend with me to my appointment?
Only you can come to your appointment. No exceptions, unless the client is a child then the parent must be present for the duration of the styling.
How do I detangle my hair?
Depending on the density of the hair part into 4-6 sections. Hold each section and comb gently starting from the ends to the scalp slowly. Use water or conditioner to create slip for easy combing.
Can I trim my own hair?
It is not recommended clients trim their own hair. Our natural hair blowouts include trims!
